Comprehensive Physical Exam/Assessment
The prevention of disease is essential to your health and wellness. During your yearly wellness, we will provide comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and mobile blood draws (EKG, X-rays, and Echo, as indicated) to screen for diseases.
Your results will be reviewed with you, and abnormal results will be addressed accordingly. Referrals to specialists are made as indicated for further evaluation and treatment.
